SHIPPING & RETURNS

We aim to dispatch all orders within one business day, however during peak times this may take up to 3 days from order date.

Shipping Policy

Most European orders are delivered in 5 - 10 working days from dispatch.

Tracking - We will send you an email with the tracking details and the expected delivery date.

 

In purchase process please indicate your email and mobile phone to wish to be contacted.

Big Raven is not responsible for any delays in delivery orders.

Our parcels will take 7 - 10 working days (excluding weekends and bank holidays) * due to Covid situation there might be slight delay on every shipping that its outside of our control.

In case of orders returned for incorrect order(size or colour), address or unknown recipients Big Raven will not be responsible for the costs of resending the order. The client should contact Big Raven and pay the shipping costs for the order to be sent again.

Return & Exchange Policy

You can return your as new Big Raven product (with packaging & tags intact) within 30 days for an exchange or refund. If you would like to return your order, please carefully package and post back to the below address. If you would like a refund or exchange.

We recommend using a recorded postal service for your returns as we cannot be held responsible for any items that are damaged or go missing whilst in transit. Big Raven does not provide a delivery service for returns.

The Fine Print:   

  • Big Raven can only accept returns for items purchased through our website (....).All other returns should be referred to the retailer from whom your Big Raven product was purchased.

  • Big Raven cannot refund any delivery charges unless an item is faulty or sent in error.

  • Exchanges can only be fulfilled once the original purchased has been return to our warehouse.

  • Processing of returns can take up to 5 business days and refunds issued to your account can take up to 7 days to appear in your account.
