A Note on Sustainability
 

Big Raven Portugal is committed to reducing our environmental impact.
All our products are designed and produced in Portugal, and to avoid unnecessary long-distance transportation and carbon emissions, we only ship within Europe.

This is part of our mission to keep our footprint low and our quality high.

Shipping

We prepare and ship all orders within 1 business day. During busy periods, dispatch may take up to 3 business days.

Delivery Zone

We ship exclusively within Europe due to our commitment to sustainability and minimising transportation pollution.


 

Delivery Times
 

  • European orders: 5–10 business days after dispatch
    (weekends and public holidays excluded)

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive an email with:

  • your tracking number

  • the estimated delivery date

Make sure to provide a valid email and mobile number at checkout.

Delays

Once sent, your parcel is in the hands of the carrier.
Big Raven Portugal cannot be held responsible for delays during transportation.

Returned Shipments

If an order returns due to:

  • incorrect size/colour selection

  • incorrect or incomplete address

  • unknown recipient

the customer is responsible for the reshipping cost.
Contact us and we’ll assist with resending your order.

Exchanges & Returns

You can return your Big Raven item within 30 days, as long as it is unused, with original packaging and tags attached.

Big Raven Portugal is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping.

If you believe your product is faulty, please contact us before returning it:

Important Information

  • We only accept returns from purchases made on our official website.

  • If purchased from a retailer, contact the retailer directly.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the product is faulty or sent in error.

  • Exchanges are only processed after we receive the original item.

  • Processing returns can take up to 5 business days.

  • Refunds may take up to 7 days to appear after processing.
